The Garage Door Opener Co offers the maximum time frame eBay allows for returns, 60 Days.
Here's how that works:
- If you receive an item that's been damaged in freight, get in contact with us and we'll arrange for a replacement to be sent and pay for the incorrectly sent item to be returned.
- If you receive something other than what was noted in the listing, we'll sent the correct item and pay for the incorrectly sent item to be returned.
- If you accidentally order the incorrect item, we'll process a full refund once the product has been returned. This excludes any postal costs.
The Garage Door Opener Co believes in quality made products, backed with Australian Manufacturer Warranties. That's why we don't sell off-brands or cheap products that are being constantly re-branded. However, even the top brands will have the odd one out. This is where our After Sales Service kicks in.
If you have a remote control fail within the warranty period of 1 year after date of purchase, get in contact with us so we can arrange a swap over. Auto Opener remote controls have a 2 year warranty, so we will always recommend those over the OEM remote.
If you have a garage door opener or gate opener fail within the respective warranty period, here's what to do:
- Get in contact with us, via eBay or email. We'll give you a call and try to solve the problem over the phone.
- If it's not a simple fix, we'll liaise with the manufacturer for them to repair or replace the motor. This may (depending on the manufacturer) require the motor to be sent back to us.
- We'll then have your repaired or replaced motor on the road to you!
