Vintage film in original metal canister, "U.S. Asst. Secretary of State Wm. Rogers addesses Mexican Chamber of Commerce 9-18-75." Noted o canister, appears to have been a copy for Jaime Pera-Vera - Mexican Consul.  Not a film person, believe it is 16mm, could be other. The film itself measures approximately 5/8" across. Beginning frames show buildings, groups pf people. Metal reel measures approximately 9 1/4" in diameter. All appears in great original condition, no odors. Please see photos as to type and condition.
