Measurements are approximately: Right tie: 20", Left tie: 23.5", Banner without ties: 78.5". This is made out of Vintage Handkerchiefs. The handkerchiefs might have some minor flaws to them; small holes, pull, light staining. Overall this is considered to be in good condition. Please as always look at all pictures.
