How to use:

• Step 1 – Fold along the crease lines and place mask on top
• Step 2 – Fold bottom flaps over the mask
• Step 3 – Fold lengthwise then pull the outer edges together to close
• Step 4 – Twist elastic straps, loop around holder to fasten
