This Clutch hub Set consists of:

Clutch  hub 57-3929 + o/e

Thrust washer 57-3931 + 20 x CORRECT** UK Made rollers

+ new o/e non champered edge woodruff key.

This hub set was Original fitment on Triumph/BSA twins

post 1968 models, 3 spring clutch Models, 650cc & 750cc

up to & including LFH Bonneville 1985.

This Hub set  will also suit Triumph & BSA 3 spring clutch models

circa 1963 to 1968, twins, using "Tanged" thrust washer part nos,

57-1735 & BSA 68-3278 which it will replace when used with this

later hub.

("Tanged" washer & non tanged washers & rollers set are  available

on my other listings.)

This Hub Set  will also replace & uprate earlier models,

including those fitted with 4 Spring Clutches.

Suitable for TRIUMPH  Pre-Unit 500/650, 5T, TR5, T110, T120

Unit 650 6T, TR6, T120

 Unit twins 750, T140 & TR7

Suitable for BSA Twins circa 1963 onwards, A50  & A65 

May also fit some late A10 models.

This hub set Will replace the hub on Earlier Triumph models, including

all pre-units, with 4 spring clutches & hub part number T418, 

when you use this hub + thrust washer, to-gether.

Forget the rest and buy the VERY BEST for less!!

GENUINE NOS Triumph Meriden factory clutch thrust

washer + 20 x Quality UK made, correct size** clutch rollers,

rollers part numbers = 57-0394 & 42-3206

plus a new woodruff key.

What you see is what you get, no library pictures!!

Pictures show 23 piece set, extra pictures show

difference 500 & 650 gearbox mainshaft diameters

and original logo OE thrust washers.

**The correct size of these rollers is,

1/4" inch x 15/64"

= .250" x .233"

Metric equivalent = 6.35mm x 5.95mm (NOT 6mm)

If you have clutch assembly problems!!!

Check The Size of your rollers.

Many pattern & aftermarket rollers on sale are INCORRECT & the wrong size.

If you use 1/4" x 1/4" or  Undersize/Incorrectly made Rollers it

GUARANTEES that your clutch will NOT work.

Fitting instructions: Bronze side of thrust washer goes against

the clutch drum.

Outside Diameter = OD 66.5mm  2.62" inches

Internal diameter = ID 51.23mm  2.017" inches

Thickness   =  1.41mm  0.055" inches

 

Triples T150 T160 R3 were NOT fitted with this HUB or thrust washer
