Offered here is this antique Wood and Hughes sterling silver gold washed soup spoon. The spoon measures about 6" in length, the head measures 2-1/4" in length by 1-1/2" in width and the handle measures 2" in length by 3/4" in width. The spoon weighs 29.5 grams and is marked W and R Sterling. This spoon contains a rare pattern and dates back between 1848 and 1898. Any darkness in photos is due to camera reflection and some patina. Although there is some slight gold wear on the back, this antique gold wash sterling silver soup spoon is offered here in very good vintage condition.
