GHT  ( Garden Hose Thread ) originated in the USA and is much more course on the thread pitch than both NPT & BSP see pictures and chart below

3/4 GHT IS ONLY 11 TPI

BSP and NPT are 14 TPI

The First Fitting fits a standard HOZELOCK Coupling

The Second Fitting is 3/4 GHT Male x 1/2 NPT & BSP female its fits both 

The Third is 3/4 GHT Male x 3/4 NPT-BSP Male again fits both

And the Fourth is 3/4 GHT Female x 1/2 NPT Male
