Up for sale here is this brand new power switch. This should be a perfect replacement for a number of Icom transceivers. On a few of them you may need to slightly enlarge the screw mounting holes. This is brand new and is higher-quality than the originals. It is guaranteed to work great for you. I took detailed measurements of this, and they are in the pictures--please scroll all the way across to see them.
The mounting holes are 20mm apart, so as long as your power switch's holes are that distance, this will probably work for you.
