• Large vintage/antique French I believe based on research white opaline goblet chalice cup 
• with dot enamel decoration in Art Deco style dating likely to 1920's possibly?
• I found remarkably similar pieces being sold on Pamono website (dealers website I think?) and described as Portiex Vallerystahl -these are shown in final 4 screenshots which I have added as extra 'background' although this piece is unmarked (I am also selling a signed Portieux Vallerystahl goblet in their famous robins egg blue opaline glass with which I am more familiar)
• hand blown
• in reasonable condition considering likely age with no chips or cracks or repairs just with some wear to enamel decoration a few marks on the glass and a minute fingernail nick in rim which can be felt rather than noticed as pictured 
• very pretty striking display collectable piece about 8 inches tall
