Orders placed before 3:00pm on a business day will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm may not be shipped until the next business day.
               
                All our parcels are shipped using Australia Post. You will receive the tracking notification for you to track your parcel once dispatched.
               
                If you are not present when delivery takes place, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel from the nearest post office. Parcels will be held for a maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to the calling card and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further postage charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.
               
                Please note eBay's estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only depending on your location.

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of the date you received it for a choice of exchange or full refund, excluding original delivery costs.
               
                The Customer is responsible for return postage. We recommend that items are returned to us via courier or registered post to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
               
                If in the unfortunate event your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, we will do everything we can to fix the issue. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will happily replace it for you or provide a refund once returns are received.
