1. NON GENUINE S-PEN comes without tips / nibs replacements and the tweezer tool and you cannot replace it (one time use) !!! Some come Without Bluetooth !!!

2. Other sellers publish their listing with "OEM". "Original", "Authentic", "Official" - to get your attention but no pictures of the Retail pack with the serial numbers in the back - You probably know why...

(if you zoom in to one of my product pictures showing the package content you will see it comes with 2 nibs replacements and tweezer tool to replace them.)

Genuine and Non-Genuine product differences:

in the back of the unit there are details of the serial numbers.
These serial numbers are repeated for 3 times ( A,B,C)
Sticker A is permanent attached and stickers B & C are removable, its usually used by Retailers & Stores to keep a copy of the unit they sell for their records.

if you have one sticker on your retail pack which you bought from other online retailer, with NO option to remove part B and C, then you might have Non-Genuine product and probably serial is not real.

TIP: CHECK WHY OTHER SELLERS DO NOT SHOW THEIR RETAIL PACK, FROM FRONT AND BACK PICTURES? !!!

BUYERS MUST USE EBAY ISSUED PREPAID RETURN LABELS !!!!

We EMAIL the details of the S-PEN  PRIOR TO SHIPPING, AND THESE DETAILS MUST MATCH ON RETURN:

Returns are only for the SAME S-PEN that will match ALL these 3 records as shipped:

1. Same  MODEL NUMBER as shipped

2. Same SERIAL NUMBER as shipped

3. Same COUNTRY OF MANUFACTURE as shipped

please, S-PEN that are not matching the same details as shipped, will be reported back to Ebay. (As this S-PEN was NOT purchased from us)

30 days return policy from the day you received your item under the following conditions:
