• ESD / Download versions are always sent free of charge and exclusively by email (you will not have a package delivered to your home!).
• Please make sure to check your spam/other folders in your inbox.
• Payments can be made via PayPal and bank transfer.
• The dispatch takes place 1-24 hours after receipt of money within our business hours: Mon-Fri from 19 o'clock (7PM) except on public holidays. ( we do work on a automatic shipment System ) 
• Invoices are not automatically created for private customers, please request your invoice immediately after purchase.
• We sell exclusively to End users. If commercial distribution is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Returns and Right of Revocation

• A right of revocation without reason exists only before the delivery by mail or within 14 days after date of purchase.
• A right of return on the part of the buyer is not possible, since the license key would have already been sent to you after receipt of payment and is therefore considered as used.
• A purchase via eBay is legally binding!
