Crest Volvo Cars are free to accept or reject business based upon certain factors. Our goal is happy customers and a business model that is good for us and the consumer. Please see the terms and conditions listed on each item.

Crest Volvo Cars sells new, genuine Volvo parts and accessories. Unless noted otherwise on the listing, everything we sell is new, Genuine Volvo parts and accessories, and includes a 2-year warranty (some exclusions apply). Should a part fail, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us and arrange a replacement. Shipping charges will be paid by the customer on warranty items. Volvo does not cover any damages or labor for defects therefore we do not either.

All returns: Must be in original packaging, complete, uninstalled and in resalable condition.

Old parts:  Returned for core deposit refund must be assembled and in original packaging.+ all fluids completely drained out of cores, diagnostic sheets filled out, returned in original Volvo box.. 

Electrical Items: The parts industry as a whole does not accept returns on electrical items due to the fact that they cannot be tested when returned. If you installed the part or just plugged it in, the smallest of spark can render an electrical item defect. In the interest of our future customers we do not accept electrical items back unless they are in a sealed package. We will however, review any part that is returned to us and render a judgment as to whether credit can be given.

Our Error: Items that need to be returned due to catalog error or where you provided VIN # but received the wrong part. Please contact us and we will email you a FedEx call tag. Returns are subject to review and providing us VIN # does not imply we are responsible. Example; if you ordered a left and meant a right we are not responsible for return shipping charges.

Ordered in Error: If you don?t like the item you received you can return it but please keep in mind: return shipping charges are your responsibility and some items cannot be returned and restocking fees may incur. Please call us in advanced before making the decision to return the item. Restocking fee is 20% and applies to items out of stock when you placed order. Our catalog does not show what is in stock at time of order so call us first to find out if your item has a restocking fee.
