By purchasing the item on our Ebay shop means customers have agreed to all sales terms & condition listed below. 

General condition of Item

All items that is sold on Aero Online are New Item, unless it is stated.

Payment options

We accept Paypal Payment only.

Delivery of Items

We normally dispatch our item with in time specified on the Listing.
If there is any Delay in Dispatch or on Shipping Customer will be informed ASAP.

 All items can be send throughout UK, Scotland and N.Ireland. & International.

Shipping Surcharge may apply depending on location of the item sending to.

Return & Exchange policy

Returns for exchange or refund will be allowed within 28 working days from the day item is Dispatched.

All items return must be in the same condition as it was send out (unused and in it's original packaging).

All packaging, documentation, invoice, packing slip, warrant cards, instructions and hardware must also be returned.

Item will NOT be refunded or exchange if there shows signs of having been installed, modified, painted ,damaged or Parts missing and incomplete. 

Freight Damaged & Insurance Claims

Parcel must be checked carefully for any damages on the packaging before signing for package. Failing to do so may result the item will not be replaced or exchange.

Even if the package is in good condition open it immediately and check for hidden damages.

If the item is Not checked during delivery and are signed for as received in good condition and later found the item was damaged your insurance claim will not be valid.
 
If We cannot claim for the damage with the Shipping Company, we have the right to reject your claim or replacement the damage item.
