Wiring(Professional installation is always recommended):In most cases Black is for cathode line,Red is for tail light,Green is for brake light.Yellow is for turn signal wire.
Resistors is not provided, since it is not needed in most cases. LED light usually uses only a little bit power, sometimes after you install, the led light is unstable, it blinks very fast or not blink, if you have this issue, you may need to load the resistor by putting between the led lights and positive, it usually goes around 6 ohm and then the load resistor will make it work. However we do not carry any load resistors, please purchase it from elsewhere if necessary.

2.Shipping back the package . Your ebay ID must be clearly written in the return package ,Otherwise the package will be refused.
