This is a used painted cast iron boat or dock cleat. These type cleats are used for tying off boats. This one measures about 6 inches long and 1+1/4 inch tall. This cleat would be great for decorating a nautical room, door handles, drawer pulls, coat hooks or that other DIY project. Expect chips in the paint and or factory flaws on this cleat.
