4 PIN OLD STYLE CRYSTAL OSCILLATORS
These are not really vintage, but they are an older style of crystal oscillator, 4 pin enclosed in a 14 pin dil size package.
Simply by connecting up the supply voltage 5Vdc, you get an oscillating output at the designated frequency.
