SASQUATCH COMICS is not a third party professional GRADING agency. Overstreet and CGC guidelines are used when determining the condition of items we sell; however, grading is subjective, and the Grades we assign to our collectable comics and toys are ESTIMATES only. Our goal is to do everything we can to make your experience with us an awesome one. With honesty, responsibility, and integrity, we hope to meet and exceed our goal -- and your expectations. To that end, we take time with each of our individual listings so that we provide you, the Buyer, with an accurate and thorough description of the exact item for sale. In turn, please remember that Buyers as much as Sellers help shape eBay experiences. Taking time to review every bit of documentation a seller gives you, from the text to the accompanying photographs and scans, is just good shopping and good sense -- and your review gives you the best chance to assess the condition of an item for yourself. Just a few minutes there, along with those spent asking (e-mailing) a seller any and all of the questions you may have about a particular item before you buy it, will all-but-guarantee an outstanding eBay experience, and give you the assurance of money well spent.
PAYMENT
Payment via PayPal only; e-Checks cannot be accepted and will be cancelled in lieu of a guaranteed form of payment. Payment for items won on Auction must be made within 72 hours from close of bidding. Best Offers are treated like Buy Now Items, with immediate payment requested and paid-in-full no later than 24 hours from the time your offer is accepted. SASQUATCH COMICS EXCHANGE reserves the right to relist any item left unpaid for more than one (1) business day. As a Reminder, our Unpaid Item Assistant will automatically open a case after the third day of an item remaining unpaid.
SHIPPING / HANDLING
All items we ship are sent USPS, receive a free Tracking Number, and are guaranteed to be in the mail within 1-2 business days from their date of purchase (unless specifically otherwise noted or barring circumstances beyond our control). We will always select the most appropriate, economical and expedient Method of Shipping for your purchase -- i.e, First Class, Media Mail, Parcel Post, or Priority -- and individual delivery times may vary. Items with a value greater than $75 US will be insured through the Postal Service, and any item sent via USPS Priority Mail will be insured for a minimum value of $50 US.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS … AND REFUNDS
We offer our Buyers a Return Window of 14 calendar days, and ask that Buyers contact The’ SQUATCH before initiating the return of any item, for any reason. Buyers, please be aware that you are responsible for the entire cost of return shipping, and that (if possible) item should be returned in the same package and materials that it was originally sent. As a rule, Merchandise you may want to return will fall into one of the four (4) following categories:
UNDAMAGED NEW MERCHANDISE RETURNS
Returns on most new and unopened/sealed merchandise are accepted and are eligible to receive Refunds only. A Re-Stocking Fee equivalent to 75% of the item’s purchase price will be applied prior to issuing a refund, and all refunds will be processed through PayPal.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE RETURNS: INSURED ITEMS
All Priority-shipped items are insured by the US Post Office. For items not shipped Priority, The ’SQUATCH insures all packages valued $75 US or more, and many with a value greater than $50 US. With their purchase, Buyers agree to assume the responsibility of seeking reimbursement for damaged items from the party responsible, i.e., the US Post Office. Claims should be filed online or through the local USPO, and The ’SQUATCH will provide all the information we can to assist Buyers with this process. For the reasons above, the return of insured damaged merchandise is not required or accepted.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE RETURNS: NON-INSURED ITEMS
Any Item(s) with a package value less than $50 US that are damaged during shipping are eligible for return to SASQUATCH COMICS. Buyers pay all return shipping costs, and have the options of receiving either a refund or a replacement for the damaged item. A full refund minus a re-stocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be processed once the item has been received. The ’SQUATCH is more than happy to replace any damaged item with another of the exact same item, should a duplicate be in-stock. Buyer pays only S&H for any product we are able to replace.
UNDAMAGED MERCHANDISE RETURNS: ITEM IS ‘NOT AS DESCRIBED’
SASQUATCH COMICS will happily issue a Full Refund (or offer to replace any in-stock item) to Buyers contacting us within 14 calendar days from the date their package was delivered AND who meet one of the following criteria:
Items meeting one or more of the above criteria may be insured or uninsured, and will be refunded at 100% of the purchase price. Shipping costs will also be refunded once the item has been returned.
RETURN ADDRESS
Please return your merchandise to the address found on the mailing label of your item’s original packaging, and sent to the Attention of The Department of Uncommon Returns. Also, be sure that returned merchandise is well-packed, and that you have obtained a tracking number for the returning shipment.
