It is compatible with the ALEKO brand DM45R tubular motor, which can be bought on its own or bundled with our patio awnings as a motorized set; can also be used with anything else that needs to be rolled up like shades or blinds, whether ALEKO or other brands. After your product ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing tracking information and details about the freight carrier assigned to your order.

Please note that we do not ship to US Protectorate, APO/FPO, PO Box by FedEx, they have to choose USPS.

All products and all orders from our web site are shipped from our Seattle WA warehouse within 1-2 business days by FedEx, UPS, US Postal Service carriers. Returns are accepted only with Return Authorization Number.
