Return policy: We guarantee that item listed above was tested prior to listing and that it will arrive to you
in working order for at least 30 days after receiving item. If the item fails on arrival, or fails within 30 days,
please send us a message. We will provide postage for dead, damaged, or significantly not as described items.
Buyers located in the United States can return items for any other reason. Buyer pays return shipping costs
for any other reason beyond damaged, defective or significantly not as described. All sales are final to buyers
outside the United States.
Shipping and handling:
-We ship six (6) days a week including Saturday.
-Most orders are one day handling. Some orders may take up to two days handling.
-Our shipping cutoff time is 6:00 AM Monday-Friday and 12:00 PM Central time Saturday.
If you make a mistake during checkout, or decide to cancel your order, please contact
us before our cutoff time.
-We use USPS First Class mail, Parcel Select or Priority mail. We also offer Fedex services
across all of our listings. Fedex buyers need to have a physical mailing address, no PO Boxes.
Additional charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico buyers.
-If you need overnight service, or UPS to handle the order, buyer can provide us a label. Please
contact us if you want us to use your label and courier.
-Local pickup is free. We are located in Omaha, Nebraska. Please select local pickup at checkout
and we will arrange pickup with you.
-If you would like a no invoice no paperwork shipment, please let us know in the "message to seller".
Invoices will automatically be included for any order over $75.00
-If you check tracking and there is no carrier scan please let us know as soon as possible. We strive
for on-time shipments, and with many orders we can not verify delivery of all items.
Buyers located outside the United States:
-We only ship to countries approved in the eBay Global Shipping Program. Please check
the shipping and handling tab to see if we ship to your country.
-If the global shipping program does not ship to your country, you can have the item mail
forwarded to you. Please provide a United States based address that can forward the item
to you.
