Beautiful Skirt Guaranteed Dry Cleaned and ready to wear.  Upon close inspection there are some spots here and there being highly critical but Pattern is so busy you have to inspect closely.  Thus being sold AS IS.  Still a stunning, vibrant lovely skirt.
