This is a blue ice finish lighter which I have engraved the cover of Detective Comics 575 onto. Always loved this cover by Alan Davis showing Batman with a gun.  The lighter itself is made by 'Star' and can be filled with lighter fuel (not supplied)..... this is the better quality Star Lighters which are made of brass rather than the cheaper steel versions. Comes in a tin gift box.
