By purchasing this item and following activation, you will receive 30 days of wireless service from Jolt Mobile.

In this offering, you will receive a SIM card and an instructional flyer. This 30-day AT&T plan can be activated once on the Nation's fastest-growing wireless networks on which Jolt Mobile provides service as long as the device is compatible with that network.

Jolt Mobile utilizes the best network in America for talk, text, and data service. Please review the coverage map at Joltiotmap site to ensure that you reside in an area where service is provided on your device. You likely do, but you will want to verify.

Activate service via Activatejolt.

Jolt Mobile offers a wireless service (Voice, Text, Data) on its own SIM Cards/Plans. Once you receive our Jolt Mobile SIM card, you can activate it with a new number (activation instructions provided on the SIM card kit); the new number will be assigned to that SIM card (the plan cycle will start from the time you first activate it) and you can start using it on your GSM-based device (GPS tracker, Smart Watch, Alarm, etc.). If you already have a GPS tracker / SmartWatch / Alarm SIM card with an active number assigned to it with another company

Enterprise, Corporate, and Affiliate Accounts are available - online account management portal and APIs to manage multiple SIM cards within a single account and one main airtime balance. 

When you are running low on your credits, a notification message and an email will be sent to you. You will also receive a notification that your service will expire on the last day of your service term. You will be notified to refill your account with additional service(s) should you exhaust any allotment for either voice or text or when your service term expires.

You must utilize a compatible device to use Jolt Mobile. Any device currently active under a contract that has been suspended for non-payment or reported lost or stolen may be ineligible for use with this service. Additional exclusions may apply.

Jolt Mobile offers its services through subscription plans which auto-renew every 30 days. Service begins as soon as you activate your service. You'll be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase, every month until you cancel. There is No Contract; Cancellations can be made at any time by contacting customer support. A valid credit card is required to cover overages in case you exceed the applicable Voice, SMS, and Data limits. To avoid overage charges, you should purchase the appropriate plan for your anticipated needs.

We do not ship items outside of the USA or to Freight Forwarders. Service plans that are sold to Freight Forwarders will be canceled and refunded.

Cancellations / Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase of this prepaid service. If you are not satisfied with your service and within 14 days of receiving your starter kit, we will refund your purchase in full.

If you do not contact us to cancel the plan within the 14-day period, or if you consume more than 30 minutes, 30 texts, or 30 MB of data, your purchase will be considered buyer's remorse, and you will no longer qualify for a refund.

Shipping & Payment Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days (1-day handling time + 1-5 days transit time).
