This is a c1920 Old Art Deco Scottish JOHN BEGG Bakelite Lucite Wedding Whisky Quaich


This lovely Scottish Quaich, a vessel used for sipping whisky , is made of Bakelite / Lucite / Early Plastic with a polished metal boss inscribed "Take a Peg of John Beg"  It has two Art Deco shaped lugs.

It measures 4" across the lugs and nearly 1.25" in depth.

This is a genuine antique items and as such has wear, distress,  patina commensurate with its age as shown in my many supersize photographs. Overall condition is very good and more than useable. The deviations / distress seen are part of the original  item

This is a lovely genuine Scottish "True Antique" and Im sure if it could speak would have many tales to tell.
