Faster and easier to use

The simple beauty of the Phoenix is the clamping system. This has been designed completely with the end user in mind. We've looked into how these poles work on a day to day basis and how we can improve your working life.

One finger Operation

By having a one finger flip action on the clamp levers, the user can work faster than ever before. Sideways (transverse) clamps have a certain awkwardness when being used as the thumb, which tends to be the main finger to use to open the clamps, which operates in an unnatural way.

The Phoenix clamp is designed to flip open in the quickest and easiest way that is natural to the hand and can be used by any finger so you wont know how you ever managed before! Faster and easier for you and your workforce.

Anti Pinch

Considering how long water fed poles have been in use, no one has actually addressed the issues the day to day user experiences. Ask any window cleaner the one thing that annoys them about pure water cleaning and it will be the clamps pinching the skin should the pole section move down a bit sharpish. Time and time again this, results in a nasty pinch on the operators hand. Not anymore, Facelift, through design, have eliminated the problem - but it doesn't stop there.

Nuts for fine tuning

Unlike some poles, over tightening the nut at the side of the clamp will not affect the wear of the sections. Where a lot of clamps rub continually against the pole sections when extending and collapsing the pole, the Phoenix clamp springs open on release,freeing up the pole so it runs smoothly with minimum wear on the section.

Levers

One bug bear of sideways (transverse) clamps is that they catch on sills, gutters, etc and pop open which causes the section to slide down and the user has to re-extend his pole. Time consuming and annoying all in one.

The Phoenix levers have been specially designed to bounce over ledges, etc and prevent this nuisance from happening. Another first in water fed pole design.

The Red One

The red lever at the top of the pole is for the Ultra Lite section or the quick release adapter. In coming months a range of quick release, goose neck  and brush heads will be released that can inserted into this top section.

The red colouring is basically there to remind you not to open the clamp unless removing adapter or using the Ultra-Lite section when it's needed.

The Material

The Phoenix X is a full carbon pole (with insulation base) for the maximum strength, rigidity and lightness.

Orders placed after 1pm may not be despatched that day but we always do our best.

Small orders up to £20 will be sent via Royal Mail 48hr or MyHermes 3-5 days service.

We use various shipping companies such as Royal Mail 2-5days, MyHermes 3-5 days, Parcelforce 24/48, or UPS next day, TNT next day.

Delivery time and prices may vary outside the UK mainland.


Tracking:

All our couriers except Royal Mail, will send an e-mail with tracking information in addition Parcelforce will send an SMS, therefore please leave a mobile number with your address details.

If you have been provided a tracking number it is your responsibility to communicate with the courier or check the tracking yourself.


Shipping terms and conditions:

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to issues beyond our control such as adverse weather, missorting, etc.

We try to ensure that items shown on the website are in stock and available for immediate dispatch, but sometimes it is not possible.

Where there is likely to be a delay we will attempt to contact you either by telephone or email to make alternative arrangements. If you need an item urgently please call us to make sure that item is in stock.

The buyer is responsible for providing full and correct delivery and contact information on every order.

The buyer is responsible to be ready to receive the goods at the delivery address and time.

The carrier will attempt 2 re-deliveries before the goods are returned to us. If goods are returned to us due to there being no arrangements to receive them the buyer will be responsible for the cost of a re-delivery.

If you are not prepared to accept the goods in the condition they arrive, then please sign for as damaged and do not accept – send them back with the same driver if possible. Customers are responsible for checking consignments for damage or missing parts, PRIOR to ACCEPTING and SIGNING from courier. Any errors on an order must be reported within 7 days.

All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when delivered must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt; please contact us through eBay communications.

We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. We reserve to charge 10% restocking fee.

Postage and Packing will not be refunded. Refunds will be made in same method of payment.


Warranties:

We operate back to base warranty scheme on certain items, plastic janitorial items are not under warranty. Some items are under manufacturer warranty which is only covered by manufacturer terms and conditions.

If a spare part was ordered, it is your responsibility to fit or assemble, If not sure how, you should seek a proffessional help. Items not fitted correctly will not be under warranty.


Posting a Return Item:

Please make sure you have a certificate of posting when you are returning an item so you can proof that item is dispatched and you have a cover for it.

PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH US FIRST BEFORE OPENING A CASE THROUGH EBAY, MOST PROBLEMS CAN BE SORTED THIS WAY.

After you win an auction-style listing or have clicked the Buy It Now button, please go to check out for payment process. Your order will normally be posted within 1 to 2 business days after completed transaction. Orders are not usually processed for shipment on weekends and holidays.

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, debit or credit card.
