This is a lovely designer Siffari 10kt yellow gold and Aventurine ring. The inside of the band is marked with a makers mark 
as well as 10k, weighing approximately 6.2 grams total weight. The stone measures approximately 3/4" long by 3/8" wide. 

This ring is a size 6.
