SHIPPING METHOD
We do not ship to PO box. Please give us a non-po-box address. If you need to work in the daytime, we advise you to ship your parcel to your work address. 

We ship the item(s) by DHL , Aramex or Hong Kong Post from our Hong Kong office.Your item(s) will normally be sent out within 2 business day and it takes 3-7 business days or 15-20 business days to arrive depending on the service you choose and the destination. Speaking from experience, about 10% of the parcel delivery might take longer than the officially estimated time due to the customs clearance and remote areas. If you do not receive the parcel within 15 days, please contact us and we will update you.
For the remote-area destination, DHL and UPS will charge you 35.00AUD for the remote area fee. So if you live in a remote area, we advise you to ship the item to a non-remote-area address. Can be your work address or your friends' addresses.

IMPORT TAX
We are NOT liable for ANY import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. If the parcel is return back to us due to the buyer’s refusal to pay the above fee, we would NOT resend the parcel until the buyer complete those fees and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason. 
WARRANTY&RETURN
60 days Factory Warranty (accessories not included). All items are brand new straight from the factory. We do not do refund but will replace or repair any faulty items should there be one.  Genuinely faulty goods will be repaired under one year warranty. We will ONLY do like for like exchange on the item, however, the defective must be advised within 30 days from the date of purchase. It is the customers' responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. We will send it back at our cost. For non-defective returns, there will be administrative fee applied. 
Warranty will be voided as of: (1) Damage caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident. (2) Any damages caused by improper packaging when buyers return the item to us. (3) If the item was disassembled or repaired by unauthorized person.
