Payment

All payments must go through PayPal^®.  PayPal^® accepts all major credit cards and eChecks^®.

If you plan to purchase multiple items, please wait and pay for all items together, using the Combine Invoices feature.  After winning the auction, an email with checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email address.  Bidding on multiple auctions?  Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and request a total from seller and we will send you a combined invoice.

Shipping

All purchased items will be dispatched within 1 business day once payment confirmation is received.  You will receive tracking information via email when your item is processed Use your USPS^® tracking number to get updates on your package.  Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order within 7 days after the payment was made.

Terms of Sale

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.  We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can inform us by using eBay^® Message system within 15 days of purchase, and then return the purchased item for a replacement or refund.  Items must be returned in in its original brand new condition and its original package within 30 days of purchase.  Any return for a refund may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the returned item is not in a resalable condition.  Buyer is responsible for the return postage.

Return Policy.  Defective items will only be accepted if the product was delivered to you were damaged on arrival or failed to function within 30 days of purchase.  All items returned as defective will be inspected and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as defective. Where possible items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed defective and repairable.  Seller is responsible for the return postage.

Warranty.  To obtain warranty service, contact us via eBay Message system.  PRE-AUTHORIZATION MUST BE OBTAINED BEFORE SENDING ANY PRODUCT TO US. We provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the purchase date on all parts and labor.  We reserve the right to refuse any returns for objective reasons.  Buyer is responsible for the return postage.
