This is a spectrum (or rainbow) finish lighter which I have engraved a Lil Peep image onto.  The lighter itself is made by 'Star' and can be filled with lighter fuel (not supplied). This is the deluxe version of the Star Lighters....very high quality with smooth finish. Comes in a velvet gift bag to protect your lighter from scratches.
