Most shipping is done via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail/UPS Ground.   The cost of shipping always includes tracking if value greater than $50.   If you would additionally like insurance please contact me.  All items are shipped within 3 days, but typically sooner. If you would like your item rushed please do not hesitate to contact me.   Items should arrive 2-3 days after shipping provided there are no postal delays.
