THE CASE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND THERE ARE NO TEARS, SCRAPES OR FLAWS. A SHOULDER STRAP IS INCLUDED. THIS BAG IS ALSO DESIGNED TO SLIDE OVER YOUR SUITCASE WHEEL HANDLE TO MAKE IT EASIER TO CARRY. ALL THE ZIPPERS WORK PERFECTLY AND THE CASE HAS LOCKING CAPABILITY.
