Comic is in near mint or better condition, and will be securely shipped in Bag, Board With Sturdy Cardboard Supports.  It is the exact comic pictured, I do not use stock photos.  I am not a professional grader, however it would be a CGC 9.2 - 9.8 in my opinion.
