Introducing the X-Over/DY, a new active crossover filter kit from  KMTech Design.

  • Now changing the crossover frequency is as simple as unplugging a resistor module!
  • Independent output level adjustment via dual trimpots. 
  • Very compact 60mm x 35mm size.

Components needed to finish one unit. 

  • ·         2 x NE5532 dual audio-grade op-amps (or compatible).
  • ·         1x TLE2426 precision virtual ground IC.
  • ·         2 x Dip-8 IC sockets. 
  • ·         4x 2-way 2.54mm pin headers.
  • ·         1x 7-way 2.54mm pin header.
  • ·         1x 7-way 2.54mm female pin header (for the FRM).
  • ·         Appropriate length wires fitted with 2-way 2.54mm Dupont connectors.
  • ·         1 x 100k resistor (all resistors 1/4-Watt, metal film 1%).
  • ·         1 x 1k resistor.
  • ·         4 x resistors of your choice for the FRM (Filter Resistor Module).
  • ·         2 x 6mm 50k trimmer potentiometers.
  • ·         2 x 100nF bypass ceramic capacitor.
  • ·         2 x 47uF bypass electrolytic capacitors .
  •       1x 220uF electrolytic capacitor.
  • ·         4 x 33nF polyester capacitor.
  • ·         4 x 3mm PCB pillars.

You may wish to experiment with different crossover frequencies. We make this easy and cheap, by giving you the option to purchase additional FRMs (PCB only).
