No software other than windows is installed. Comes with a power supply but no keyboard or mouse.

There is a small mark on the screen in the top left hand corner, please see pics. It happened when in storage and leant against a sharp metal corner of a stereo. It is hardly noticeable when using and as it is right in the corner it never has any effect on general use.
