This is very important -> Please ensure you have the skills to do this repair. The fuser of this model requires proper grease work in where you manually turn the film sleeves before reassembling fuser shell. Spend 5 minutes per sleeve working grease into the interior of film sleeve and turning and pressing the film along as you turn to ensure the grease is worked in. If you do not spend the proper amount of time and dry spin the film like running a car without oil, you risk ruining the parts which are not returnable. Take some time looking on the Ytube for this model and pay attention to the gear timing marks as well. The manufacturer recommends once rebuilt to run 10-20 pages through the fuser at once to give the printer a good working to ensure the films are spinning with the pressure roller. If the fuser still seems to not print ideal, please set your paper setting to heavy paper 120g and this should help considerably but will slow down the print speed. Please note that despite replacing the parts you may be required going forward to just print a page to heat the fuser up then print what you need or run the printer at heavy paper setting to get proper fuser burn in.
