Trenmead Ltd Trading as Sudbury Electronics has been trading since 1979 providing a sales and repair service for a diverse range of consumer electronics and IT hardware.
All our stock is located in the UK at our 6,000 sq. ft. retail showroom and workshop facility next to the world renowned Wembley Stadium in North West London.
Our experienced team of engineers are on hand to answer any questions you many have about any aspect of our source sales and repair service. Our Wembley workshops provide inspecting, testing, repair and refurbishing facilities for all our products.
We carry out repairs on a wide range of consumer and electronics equipment even if not purchased from us.

Returns
All items in the same condition as purchased with their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. There is no need to open an eBay case, simply contact us by email or phone to receive our return address details and instructions. Returns can be dropped off at out click and collect counter in Wembley. You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning an item. We recommend you insure the package and use a tracked service.
Delivery Details
For "Other Courier" deliveries we use Fed Ex in most cases.
A tracking number will be provided when available on despatch for all deliveries.
The following UK post codes may receive a delivery surcharge AB,FK,IV,PA,PH,ZE,KA,PA,BT,IM,TR,GY & JE.
Goods are only released for delivery once cleared funds have been received (PayPal is the quickest method of payment).
Our shipping deadline is 3pm for UK deliveries and 2pm for International, Monday - Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays. Please note international shipping prices are only a guideline and confirmed when you provide your full address.

Collection and Drop off In Person
You can collect and drop off from our Retail Outlet at 27a Popin Business Centre, South Way, Wembley, Middlesex HA9 0HF during the above opening times. Please note we operate a controlled entry system for security purposes.

You can pay by cash, credit or debit card on collection.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrectly described item please contact us directly and we will resolve the issue.
If the item needs to be returned we will arrange for its collection or cover the cost of return shipping.
