Sizing Information

Length: Measure the length of pet's back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
Neck: Measure the circumference of pet's neck for a snug fit. No need to add inches as you would a collar.
Chest/Girth: Measure the girth around the broadest part of the chest and add 2".

If the measurement is between sizes; or if your pet has a stouter build; it is recommended to select one size larger for a proper fit.

Return Policy

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). 

Refused Delivery: It will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by the action of refusing the delivery. Consequently, amount of refund will be issued less 20% restocking fee of the value of the merchandise and less shipping and handling fees both ways. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable with an exception where we have made an error by shipping and incorrect item to the customer.
