100% cotton. I would consider tbt fabric light weight. NOT a stretchy fabric.

Has shoulder pads (see pic for for inside out pics of dress).

Size 8. See pics 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12 for laying flat measurements (as vintage sizes tend to run differently than modern day sizes. Please see pic 12 as it shows the hem turned up and the additional length there could be if it was undone.
