For your safety, all items are stored in our warehouse for a minimum of 72 hours prior to being listed on eBay.
Our
policy is to ship all items the same or next day and you will receive a
tracking number when your item ships (except for items that are shipped
standard letter mail like cards and pop-sockets). However, due to
unprecedented delays through USPS please allow additional time for
delivery.
Chunky Cloud is happy to offer Fast Shipping via USPS First Class (3-4 day) or Priority Mail (2-3 day) depending on weight.

The pictures in the listing are of the specific
item you are receiving. For items that are pre-owned the images are the
best description of the item, please review them and reach out if you
have any questions. We usually respond within one hour.
Returns are accepted within 30 days
Please
return the item to us in the same condition that it was received using
the return system built into eBay. If an item is returned for the reason
'Item not as described', these will be verified through eBay for the
protection of the buyer and seller.
*Trading cards and any items sent via standard mail will not receive a tracking number.
