for sale here is this used vintage transformer. The top looks like it was made by SCEL, and the part number is TR6103. There is a bunch of information on the side, including the part number F1A16AJ001. I believe this is identical to the US military ID number TF1RX16AJ001 transformer, which is the same as the UTC W-786. That one is a line-to-line transformer.
I found an old catalog online and it gives specs as:
Application: Line to Line
Primary ohms: 600 split
Secondary ohms: 600 split
Level: 15DBM
This has moderate wear and some rust, and is guaranteed to work. Please see my pictures for details.
