The Welder Fantasy BI-POWER TIG 200 DC are microprocessor-based welding sources based on IGBT technology, suitable for welding carbon, stainless, acid-resistant steels, copper, brass, magnesium and titanium. Reliability and a wide range of applications of the devices make them satisfactory even for the most demanding users.

The An intuitive, user-friendly control panel with colour display allows you to quickly set all important welding parameters. The machine allows you to select one of four menu languages: English, German, Polish, Russian.

Thanks to the use of modern IGBT technology and high-quality components, Welder Fantasy BI-POWER TIG 200 DC welders are ideal for professional welding work in industries such as the automotive industry, metal construction and many others.

The Welder Fantasy BI-POWER TIG 200 DC series allows welding in the following modes:

TIG AUTO
- Synergistic settings. In AUTO mode, the user selects basic welding parameters such as the type of material and the thickness of the material to be welded. The other parameters are automatically selected by the machine based on the database of uploaded programmes.

TIG DC Lift-Arc
- In the TIG method, the arc is generated in an inert gas (argon) between the welded element and a non-consumable electrode made of pure tungsten or tungsten with additives. In the TIG drawn arc mode, the arc is initiated when the electrode comes into contact with the workpiece. In TIG DC mode, the current is constant.

TIG DC HF
- To completely eliminate the possibility of tungsten contamination of the weld, it is recommended that the electrode does not touch the workpiece. For this purpose, non-contact arc ignition is used, using high frequency discharges generated by the ioniser built into the unit.

TIG DC PULS Lift-Arc
- Sarc ignition is performed by contact of the electrode with the material to be welded, the pulse function enables welding of thin workpieces by periodic changes of the current intensity.

TIG DC PULS HF
- Scontactless HF annealing by means of an ioniser in TIG DC PULS mode.

MMA DC+
- The MMA process uses a covered electrode consisting of a metal core encased in a sheath. An electric arc is generated between the end of the electrode and the material to be welded. The arc is generated by contact between the end of the electrode and the material to be welded. MMA DC+ means welding with positive polarity - more heat is emitted into the material and less into the electrode.

MMA DC-
- the difference between MMA DC+ is that the polarity in MMA DC- is negative, so the heat distribution is reversed - more heat is released into the electrode and less heat into the material being welded.

MMA VRD DC+
- In MMA DC + mode, the VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function is available - a module that reduces the open circuit voltage of the unit's secondary circuit. Increases safety and reduces the risk of electric shock. The function switches the welding power off and on again when the resistance between the electrode ends is measured during welding. welded element.

MMA VRD DC-
- Available in MMA DC - the VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function works the same as the MMA VRD DC +, the difference is the negative polarity.

Panel Functions:

Pulse:
Function to improve the quality of the weld, regardless of the position, two types of welding current are generated during welding: basic and pulse,
ARC FORCE:
Short-circuit current control - causes a shortening of the arc length with a simultaneous increase of the welding current, stabilising the arc regardless of length variations. HF - the unit is equipped with an ioniser that allows a non-contact view of the welding arc,
PRE and POST GAS:
Gas flow before and after welding,
UP and DOWN SLOPE:
Increase and decrease of the welding current,

-2 contact and 4-contact (2T/4T),
-contactless HF event and by rubbing LIFT,

The set includes a 230V reducing plug 32A - 16A.
