Technical details:

 ViaBlue™ braided sleeves protect cables from abrasion, kinking and exposure to light. Cables are thus more resistant to external environmental influences in the long term and therefore more durable. Visually, they significantly enhance the external appearance of cables. ViaBlue™ braided hoses are available in different designs and sizes. All braided sleeves are available in three sizes: SMALL, MEDIUM and BIG. 

 -The size SMALL is suitable for cables with a diameter of 2 to 6 mm. 

 -The size MEDIUM is suitable for cables with a diameter of 5 up to 13 mm. 

 -The size BIG is suitable for cables with a diameter of 13 to 26mm. 

The flexible braided hoses are pulled onto the cable before the plug connections are installed. The length/diameter ratio of the respective braided hose changes due to the different diameters of the respective cables. The larger the diameter of a cable, the more length is required. It is possible to apply several layers of braided sleeving to protect cables even more intensively. Above Allen , this achieves a significantly higher level of protection against buckling.
