What constitutes a perfect photo?

+ Make sure they the image is nice & clear without any direct sunlight on the face/s OR dark images

+ DO NOT CROP OR changed  the size of the image  as will impact on the out come of your completed item

If you do decide to proceed in line with my "not too" & does impact on the end result that you do not like I cannot be held responsibly 

as warning has been given & sadly cannot chase OR request original's from my buyers as this would impact my ebay store greatly & would not be able to provide the service that I offer currently to my buyers

+ If you require hand/foot prints of any person you may either purchase my inkless ink kits to obtain the prints which are sold via my store OR you may use dark paint. 

 if you have some of your own to forward please make sure  a clear birds eye vie, same applies to art/handwriting oif you want me to copy that 

Reminder with any drawing they work better without less colouring & more outline

+  If you would like a baby scan image to be used 2D OR 4D images, & don't have a copy of it via file you may take a clear photo no shadows OR reflection showing preferably birds eye view

Engraved photo's CANNOT BE MADE NOT IN COLOUR & are colourless & are also not a solid "fixed" image, meaning the images are engraved so like all engraving the image will show clear in some lights than other (example of this is below, the image will help illustrate how the item reveals itself at different angles and lighting conditions)

Printed images  CAN BE IN COLOUR OR BLACK & WHITE (at request)  and are a "fix" solid viewing no matter the angle of the keyring

BOTH types will NOT rub or scratch off

If you contact me & do not get a reply from me in 48hrs hours (doesn't include w/ends OR holidays you must sent another message - I know its not the buyers job to chase and aim not to put my buyers in that situation but from time to time human mistake do happen the message may be missed in error OR the message may not of come through OK.

1 In no circumstances can your image be cropped OR changed by the buyer as this may impact on the out come of the end result -  if you require a specific person from your image to just be used please still send original & request me to take that person from your image only 

 As the receiver I rely on my listings to be read before purchase If you do decide to crop the image & does impact on the end result that you do not like I cannot be held responsibly

2 You must give a preference to your order  (this could be photo layout or font or text layout)

I rely on my buyers to send me the "best" possible photo - which will impact on the end result so please make sure its the best of the best 

- you may send & would recommend that as the buyer to send more than one image to me to ensure I have an option to pick

I feel that will come out the best but only do so if you do not mind me picking which photo

4 You must know what type of product you are buying from engraved to printing & understand the 2 different items I sell via ebay

 & know what I sell on ebay  as well as understand FREEBIES T&C that it is subject to availability during busy periods the free add on may not be available OR just not enough space to add please note that I cannot always advise this before/after making so be aware that service may not be offered all the time however I will try my best to meet your requirements 

5 Bare in mind if you have purchased an item with your image to be placed on to a "shaped" item there may be some minor changes to the preference to avoid the maximum cut off this would of been done to increase the quality & out come of your item, but I cannot stress that completely avoiding cut offs with any shaped would be impossible - so if this is and issue you need to let me know to work with you upon ordering  

6  Do note, that EDDs are generally not a guaranteed delivery time window. Various factors (one-off or otherwise) may result in deviations from the EDDs for any individual package

I shall ensure on time shipping but have no control over delivery factors. If you know an item before/on OR 3 business days later from the EDD  you must choose a more suited delivery option 

 I ask from all my buyers to take responsibility on the postage choice and understand that risk factor of not choosing correctly would be the buyer risk 

7 If you struggle to send over your requirements do not leave me a buyer note asking for help as from time to time this may not be picked up - you must contact me directly via ebay message to get my attention and help! do not just leave it and assume & wait for me to reply

10 There is not text limit on my products unless stated - but remember less is more - the more you have - the smaller the text shall be 

11 My estimated delivery time is based on when FULL REQUIREMENTS are received NOT the date OR time of purchase

- bare this in mind late requirements late delivery 

12 If you purchase more than 1 ITEM you MUST send the requirements in 1 message from passed experience buyers tend to send over 2 OR 3 & this can caused unnecessary mistakes as the 2nd message may not come through meaning the image and text is duplicated for your orders  

 

13 If your text is NOT English OR require special Charters in the letter's please contact me first to make sure I can do this other wise your finished item may not show the special charters 

14 once requirements are sent any change request to the original request may not or cannot be changed there for it's the buyers responsibility to make sure ALL requirements are sent correctly first time, any change request may be ignored or not picked up before delivery 

15 Occasionally, I might need to contact you to confirm an inscription, so to avoid delays in dispatch time, please keep an eye open for any messages

 

16 I CANNOT be held responsible if the paypal address is incorrect and your item is shipped to this address as under seller rules i can only ship to the address provided on your paypal (unless advised otherwise at time of ordering)

17 Items that are displayed as engraved,  They are monochrome, engraved with fine needles. The images will appear clearer in some lights than others just as any engraving (like a hologram) . 

Please note that engraving are not made in colour nor printed - if you want printed you will need to search my store for the printed items -  I cannot nor will accept any request to change if you order engraved,  As the buyer you need to buy the correct product that is suited for you

19 Sending over requiremnts for any engraved item as "please print" does not indicted that I will print your image the image shall still be "engraved"
