Freestanding Hearts with Base

This listing is for CNC machined freestanding hearts with base made from 18mm MDF which are supplied in their raw / bare wooden state and sanded to a smooth finish. These shapes are very versatile and are perfect for any arts & crafts project. They can be decorated with a wide range of products such as paints, inks and glitters.

When ordering, please select the sizes required from the drop down menu above, you will receive one shape in the size selected, unless the option for a set of three is chosen where instead you will receive one off each size. The photo is for illustration purposes only and shows a reflection of the sizes available.

All of our MDF shapes are exclusively designed, developed and manufactured by us, here in the UK. If you require a custom sized shape, please contact us with your request and we will get back to you ASAP.

Delivery

All orders will be dispatched within one working day in accordance with the eBay premium service guarantee, however we aim to ship most orders the very same day. Most orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 48h, however bulky or larger orders will be sent using an alternative courier. If multiple items are purchased as separate transactions, then we reserve the right to combine your orders for postage purposes.

Unfortunately, we can only ship orders to your registered eBay address so please make sure your delivery address is correct before checkout. Where applicable we will always try to send an order out with tracking or a delivery confirmation number.

For all international orders, these will be sent and processed using eBay’s global shipping program. The customer is responsible for all customs fees and duties.

Payment

All payments are processed using eBay’s managed payment system. This system accepts a wide variety of standard payment methods.

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply contact us and open an eBay return request as we accept all returns within 30 days.

All returns must be processed using an eBay return request at the buyer’s expense. Please send your item’s back in their original condition. Please note that we will not be responsible for damages to returned items, if the items received back are damaged or any components are missing then only a partial refund will be issued in accordance with eBay’s refund policy.

​If your order is faulty or damaged, we will accept returns and offer a replacement or refund, simply contact us within 30 days from receiving your order with the issue details so that we can work on resolving them for you as quickly as possible.

We are sorry but personalised or bespoke products that are made to order cannot be returned, unless they are faulty or if we have made a mistake. When placing a custom order please ensure you spell your personalisation correctly and double-check the size requirements (where applicable) to ensure your order is correct at the time of purchasing. We will not refund or replace orders where the buyer is at fault, due to ordering the wrong personalisation or size etc. This is in accordance with eBay’s personalised goods policy.
