Art Deco Walnut Desk.
Superb 1930's Art Deco desk. We sourced this desk from a
private residence in Budapest, Hungary and is in original used but useable
condition. Very generous storage on this desk with three graduated paper trays
drawers behind the door on one side, and a deep shelved storage cupboard on the
other side. Above both doors are slides with a large drawer to the centre. The
opposite side of the desk is panelled with burl walnut veneers so this would be an ideal desk
if you want a stand alone rather than against a wall. Fabulous highly figured
book page walnut veneers throughout with a rich mid tone colouring which
includes the knee hole area and feet. Both the doors and the central drawer are
lockable and the desk comes with two working keys. All doors and drawers work effortlessly. .
