·       We aim to dispatch within one working day. All orders received MONDAY TO SATURDAY before 3pm will be dispatched same day. All orders received on late Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on following MONDAY.

·      Once order is delivered to the customer, we expect to receive positive feedback.

·       As we aim to give best possible service to our customers, but if still there is any issue with the product, we are always here to help. Please! Contact us before you give any negative feedback on eBay.

Packing, Postage and Delivery

·    Products are packed within care in clean and      tidy environment.

·    We aim to dispatch within one working day.

·    Mostly, we deliver through UPS NEXT DAY DELIVERY , but some of the products are dispatched through eBay delivery services to delivery between 2-3 working days.

·    We keep our postage low as much possible

·    Postage can be reduced for bulk orders or can be reduce for multi buying.

·    We also offer free collections.

·    Postage to CHANNEL ISLANDS, ISLE OF MAN, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF WIGHT, SCILLY ISLES AND SCOTTISH ISLANDS is charged extra. It can vary depending on the size and weight of the parcel. Contact us to discuss postage to these destinations.

Payments

·     All the payments accepted through PayPal and other debit/credit cards through PayPal.

Returns

·    It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the item they are buying is suitable for their needs.  Please check the item description before buy.

·    We can accept returns within 14 days only if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

·    If you ordered it by error or you no longer require the item for any other reason, we will charge 20% restocking fee.

·    Buyer will pay the postage to return the item.
