included but sometimes severity of wear or "damage" is a matter of

handle our items with the utmost care and do our best to package them as

Any
damage in shipping must be reported within 2 days of receipt, and all
packaging materials must be retained in the event that the carrier
needs to inspect it. Photos of the damage must be sent through eBay Messages in order for us to initiate an insurance
claim.
