Thrustmaster  T300 RS 70mm PCD Adapter, fits aftermarket steering wheels with 70mm  PCD such as Momo, Sparco, OMP etc.

 

The adapter comes with 6 M5 countersunk stainless steel bolts and 6 M5 screws that fit on the back of the adapter so that 

you can tighten the bolts without damaging the thread on the adapter itself. Printed with high density infill pattern.
