You are purchasing a used replacement knob for Yamaha CR-640 CR-840 or CR-1040 model Stereo Receivers (part # BA075350).
This is the large knob used for the Tuning control on these models. It includes two small barrel set screws to hold it in place on the unit (screws not pictured).

These parts are taken from decades-old, used, vintage audio equipment. They are generally clean and in very good condition, but may show minor scuffs, scratches, discolorations or other signs of wear. I will not sell anything that I would not be proud to display on my own vintage gear.
