SHIPPING
I reserve the right to change shipping method and carrier if shipping cost is higher than what was charged to you.
INSPECTION
I carefully inspect every item that I sell for blemishes, stains, cracks, chips, crazing, repairs, etc... I thoroughly describe and photograph any imperfections that I find. On occasion, I may miss something, but never intentionally. Please contact me if you find something that I have missed so that I may update my pictures to document any flaws I may have missed. Some of my items are used vintage items and will show some signs of their age.
PURCHASING
Please look at all pictures carefully to insure the item you are viewing is what you want to purchase. This will save time and shipping cost to you if an item is returned.
I appreciate payment within 48 hours when purchasing an item. I accept payment through EBay.
SHIPPING LOCATION
To conform with EBay’s policies, I will only ship to the address you have on file, no exceptions. Please make sure you have an updated address with EBay before purchasing an item from me.
RETURN POLICY
Sorry, I do not accept returns. This is why it is important for you to view all pictures and contact me if you have any questions about an item you wish to purchase from me.
If you file a claim using EBay’s money back guarantee, I will submit all photographs and video of the shipped items to EBay so they can make an informed decision. If EBay requires me to refund an item, I will request the item be returned to me at your expense. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from purchase price. You will also be blocked from any future sales.
All items must be in their original box with all tags and labels in order to receive a refund.
Items must be returned within 14 days. Seller must be notified before doing a return.
It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase. Please contact me before filing a claim to see if we can come to a conclusion that is acceptable to both of us.
COMBINED SHIPPING
I will combine shipping. Please wait for an invoice from me before paying when purchasing multiple items.
